How much does the new Dacia Striker cost in Romania, official prices, equipment and comparison with the competition
The Mioveni-based manufacturer is taking a decisive step in its expansion in the compact segment (C-segment), announcing the official opening of orders for the new Dacia Striker on the Romanian market. The new model brings together the versatility of a spacious station wagon, the robust design inspired by the world of SUVs and the efficiency of a modern sedan, proposing an extremely competitive offer with a starting price of 21,900 euros (VAT included).
Exterior design: An innovative fusion of crossover and estate styling
The new Dacia Striker adopts an original visual language, designed to attract attention with its dynamic allure and well-balanced proportions, measuring 4.62 meters in length.
- Distinctive centerline: The silhouette is structured around a strong horizontal line that delimits two distinct areas: the fluid and aerodynamic upper part (inspired by sedans and station wagons) and the robust lower part, with generous ground clearance and crossover-specific protections.
- "T" shaped light signature: The front end integrates the brand's new "T" shaped LED light signature, arranged symmetrically and framed by a glossy black grille bearing the iconic Dacia Link element. At the rear, the taillights take up the same visual theme, being connected by a wide strip that emphasizes the width of the car.
Onboard comfort, advanced technologies and the YouClip system
The new model's interior emphasizes ergonomics, generous passenger space and ingenious storage solutions, being prepared for family use and long trips.
- Digitization and dashboard: The driving position integrates the 7-inch LightVisio digital instrumentation, with a design that provides optimal clarity of driving data, complemented by a 10.1-inch central touchscreen for the multimedia system.
- Practical solutions and YouClip: Striker introduces a generous modular boot, with a hands-free electric opening available on higher versions. Also included is the exclusive YouClip attachment system, which offers multiple smart anchor points in the passenger compartment and in the boot for accessories and phones. Optionally, customers can enjoy a fixed panoramic glass roof, with a large surface area and advanced thermal insulation.
High-performance engines: Mild-Hybrid and electrified 4x4 options
The new Dacia Striker's range of engines is designed to meet any efficiency and dynamic requirements:
- Mild Hybrid-G 140: A 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder gasoline engine with a 48V mild-hybrid system that develops 140 horsepower. It is available with both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Hybrid 155: A state-of-the-art hybrid assembly that combines a 1.8-liter four-cylinder internal combustion engine and two electric motors, delivering 155 horsepower and a high level of efficiency in urban environments.
- Hybrid 150 4x4: An innovative engine that uses a 1.2-liter engine on the front axle and an additional electric motor on the rear axle, ensuring intelligent all-wheel drive and dedicated modes for off-road driving (Snow, Mud, Sand).
