The new Volkswagen ID. Polo GTI 2027 officially debuts in Romania with 226 HP and zero emissions
Sports car fans have the opportunity to discover the first 100% electric GTI in the history of the German brand for the first time in the country. The new Volkswagen ID. Polo GTI is on display in the Capital, at B?neasa Shopping City, on July 30 and 31.
A new chapter in GTI history: Tradition reinvented
Volkswagen is taking a decisive step in the transition to electric mobility without giving up the sporting spirit that has defined entire generations of car enthusiasts. After the international launch earlier this year, the new ID. Polo GTI has officially arrived in Romania, where it can be admired by the general public in a specially arranged setting at B?neasa Shopping City.
The Wolfsburg-based manufacturer thus brings the famous three letters — GTI — into the era of zero-emission propulsion, offering a compact, yet extremely agile and technologically advanced hot hatch.

The new Volkswagen ID. Polo GTI will be commercially available starting this fall. In the German market, the model has an announced starting price of just under 39,000 euros, with first deliveries scheduled for the end of the year.
