The Art of Electrification: The New Porsche Cayenne Electric Debuts at Art Safari Bucharest
Porsche is writing a new page in history on the Romanian car market. After an intense dynamic test session held in the surroundings of the Titi Aur circuit, where the zero-emission SUV demonstrated its sporty agility, the official importer of the brand from Stuttgart chose a completely unconventional setting for the grand public presentation: the Art Safari art gallery.
The event brought together a select community made up of the first customers of the new model, members of Porsche Club Romania, specialized journalists and online content creators.

Beyond the sculptural lines of the new SUV, the attraction of the evening was an interactive art installation, conceptualized by artist Diana Nicolaie under the umbrella of the brand's famous slogan: "There is no substitute".
The connection between German engineering and contemporary art offered the audience a unique immersive experience. The installation integrated both elements dedicated to the new Cayenne Electric and a visual retrospective of the most memorable moments in the local history of the Porsche brand in Romania.
"The audience was not a mere spectator, but was actively invited to explore, touch, discover and become an integral part of the story of Porsche's evolution," the organizers said.
800V Technology: Uncompromising Performance
The new Porsche Cayenne Electric retains the sporty DNA that made this model famous, but translates it into an era of absolute sustainability. Developed on an advanced 800V architecture, the SUV excels in dynamics, battery and charging times:
- Massive battery: All versions are equipped with a 113 kWh gross battery (108 kWh usable capacity), optimized by a dual cooling system and predictive thermal management.
- Record-breaking 400 kW charging: Thanks to the network architecture, the Cayenne Electric can be charged at DC fast charging stations with up to 400 kW. A charge from 10% to 80% takes less than 16 minutes. Customers can also optionally choose an inductive (wireless) charging system for the home.
- Top-notch autonomy: The base version promises a WLTP urban and combined range of up to 642 kilometers, while the Turbo variant delivers up to 623 kilometers on a single electric charge.
- Revolutionary road holding: The model benefits from Porsche Active Ride suspension, a technology capable of almost completely eliminating roll on corners and pitching during sudden acceleration or braking, providing incredible stability for an SUV of this size.

The German manufacturer offers the new Cayenne Electric in two body styles: the classic, versatile SUV, and the attractive Cayenne Electric Coupe, preferred by those looking for a more dynamic silhouette.
On the Romanian market, launch prices and engines are clearly delimited to cover both daily efficiency and extreme hypercar-level performance:

The new Porsche Cayenne Electric can already be ordered in the official Porsche network in Romania, with the first deliveries scheduled to begin in the coming period. The future of the Stuttgart brand is now quieter, incredibly fast and on display right in the heart of Bucharest.
