Dacia Sandero Hybrid 155 starts at 19.700, find out how much the Expression and Journey versions cost
Dacia has officially launched orders for the new Sandero Hybrid 155 on the Romanian market, a version that marks a historic milestone for the local car brand, becoming the most powerful Sandero ever produced. The new model relies on a full-hybrid propulsion without plug-in charging and is available in dealerships and on the manufacturer's sales platforms, at a starting price of 19,700 euros including VAT.
1.8-liter hybrid performance and technology
Under the hood, the Sandero Hybrid 155 hides a modern technical architecture: a 1.8-liter gasoline engine accompanied by two electric units (including a main motor and a high-voltage starter/generator) and a 1.4 kWh battery. Together, the assembly delivers a total power of 155 horsepower and a maximum torque of 170 Nm.
Resource management is entrusted to an electrified automatic transmission, equipped with 4 gears allocated to the internal combustion engine and 2 gears dedicated to the electric drive. This configuration allows starting in electric mode only and optimizes fuel consumption, especially in heavy traffic where the vehicle can run a significant percentage of the time in 100% electric mode.
Equipment and configuration options
Buyers in Romania can choose between two equipment levels:
- Expression (from €19.700 including VAT): Offers as standard an intuitive multimedia system with a 10-inch touchscreen, 7-inch digital dashboard and the essential features package for everyday comfort.
- Journey (from €20.700 including VAT): Upgrades in comfort and technology, adding automatic climate control, hands-free keyless entry, reversing camera and an extensive package of driver assistance systems.
Special prices through Dacia Credit financing
In addition to direct purchase, the new model can also be ordered through financial leasing financing programs (Dacia Credit). In this case, by applying the commercial marketing discounts offered by the manufacturer, the purchase price drops to:
- 18.740 euros (VAT included) for the Expression version
- 19.540 euros (VAT included) for the Journey version
By launching the Sandero Hybrid 155, Dacia brings a superior performance electrified automatic option to the B segment, maintaining a competitive ratio between the power offered, energy efficiency and overall acquisition costs.
