Aston Martin changes its partner in Romania and brings the Valhalla hypercar to Bucharest

New Era for Aston Martin in Romania: Holand Automotive Group Takes Over Bucharest Representative Office, Marked by the Premiere of the Valhalla Hypercar

In a strategic move aimed at redefining the luxury automotive landscape in Eastern Europe, Aston Martin has officially announced the appointment of Holand Automotive Group as the new partner of its Bucharest dealership. The event, held right at the premises of the dealership in the capital, marks the beginning of an electrifying new chapter for the British brand on the local market and was celebrated with an absolute premiere: the unveiling of the spectacular Aston Martin Valhalla.

An International-Caliber Partnership for the Romanian Market

The new ownership structure reflects the full confidence that the British manufacturer has in the potential of the premium car market in Romania, a region considered strategic in the brand's global development plans.

Holand Automotive Group, represented by well-known businessman Gad Bitton, brings solid international expertise in the luxury automotive industry to Bucharest. The group already successfully operates premium dealerships in Quebec (Canada), as well as in ultra-exclusive regions in the United States, including the South Bay, Rancho Mirage and Palm Beach.

"Through this consolidation of the European retail network, Aston Martin continues its expansion strategy in key markets, offering Romanian customers high standards of service and direct access to the brand's universe."

Star of the Series: Aston Martin Valhalla, Formula 1 Technology on the Road

The highlight of the launch event was, without a doubt, the presentation of the Valhalla model. This represents not only a national premiere, but also one of the most important milestones in the brand's recent history, being the first mid-engine Plug-in Hybrid hypercar mass-produced by the British manufacturer.

Valhalla translates cutting-edge Formula 1 technology into a road-legal vehicle, delivering absolute performance figures:

  • Hybrid propulsion system: A 4.0-liter V8 thermal engine (sourced from Mercedes-AMG), assisted by 3 electric motors (two located on the front axle and one integrated directly into the transmission).
  • Maximum power: A combined force of 1,079 hp and a colossal torque of 1,100 Nm.
  • Breathtaking dynamics: The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in just 2.5 seconds, while the top speed is limited to 350 km/h.
  • Active aerodynamics: At a speed of around 300 km/h, the car's sculptural design is capable of generating 600 kilograms of downforce, guaranteeing extreme stability on the track and the road.

Access to the Widest Range in the Brand's History

Thanks to the new partnership, enthusiasts in Romania will benefit from unprecedented access to the manufacturer’s extensive portfolio. Customers will be able to order the brand’s latest and most desirable creations, from the agile new Vantage and the refined DB12 Super Tourer, to the powerful DBX SUV or the new Vanquish – a masterpiece powered by a pure-blood V12 engine.

Moreover, Aston Martin also brings to the Bucharest showroom the new high-performance versions of the famous "S" series:

  • DB12 S
  • Vantage S
  • DBX-S

These "S" series models place a special emphasis on improved sporty dynamics, aggressive aesthetic details and a higher level of exclusivity, offering the perfect answer for the most demanding collectors and drivers in Romania.
